How long will it take to receive my covers?
Our lead times are typically 2-3 weeks for fabric covers and 4-5 weeks for bar stools/seating. We typically require 3-4 weeks to produce large quantity cover orders. We do offer expedite services upon request to ensure we meet your deadline. Please call us for a lead time estimate!
How quickly will someone get back to me with a price quote?
Once we receive all dimensions, line drawings, photos, and company information required to provide an accurate estimate, we will send an estimate within 1 business day. If you need a quote faster, just call us!
Do you offer different fabric options and colors?
We offer both light-weight 210D, 500D, and heavy-weight 1000D (FR-treated) fabric for indoor applications. Indoor fabric is available in black, white, or charcoal grey. Additional colors can be specially ordered. We also offer heavy-weight Starfire® as well as Sunbrella® (UV/mildew/water-resistant, FR-treated) fabric for outdoor applications. Outdoor fabric is available in black or pearl grey. Additional colors are available upon request.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex), checks, and money orders (all funds in USD).
Can we have our logo printed on the cover?
Logo silk-screening is available for an additional fee. We just need a camera-ready image of your logo and font color(s) and style.
Do you work with customers out of state? What about out of country?
We work with customers nationwide and internationally. We can ship covers anywhere in the world using your preferred shipping provider and service. Currently we ship covers throughout the US, Canada and the UK.
Does your fabric meet required fire safety codes?
Our fabric meets both the required CPAI-84 and NFPA 701 fire codes. Full documentation and testing certificates available.
Do you offer any discounts for quantity orders? Any special promos?
We offer a 5% discount for orders of 5+ covers and 10% discount for orders of 10+ covers. Additional discounts are available for larger orders; please call or request an estimate for more information. We do offer promotions throughout the year; please check our homepage for special discounts.
Do you offer custom covers or just standard sizes?
We have a selection of standard sized covers in stock and we are also happy to manufacture custom covers based on the dimensions/specifications you provide.
Do you products include a guarantee?
We offer a 90 day guarantee against manufacturers defect on all of our covers and bar stools. If you have any questions or concerns please call us right away!
What is your return policy?
We are unable to accept returns on custom covers since we make them to order. Standard "in stock" covers may be returned within 2 weeks in "like new" condition with a 5% restocking fee. Tenant seating is made to order (stain/size/kick plate) and cannot be returned. For any issues/concerns regarding our manufacturer warranty / material defect issues, please see our product guarantee above.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We work with manufacturers in a broad range of industries and are happy to discuss getting your manufacturing business set up with a wholesale account.
Do you offer "price matching"?
We strive to offer our customers top quality products at competitive prices with excellent customer support. If you have a quote for RMU or Kiosk Covers from another supplier, we are happy to look at it and do our best to match it. We do our best to offer our customers the best prices the first time, to keep our pricing in-line without frequent adjustments or surprise increases.
