How long will it take to receive my covers?
Our lead times are typically 2-3 weeks for fabric covers, and 5-8 weeks for bar stools/seating. All covers and bar stools / furniture are made to order to each customer’s specs.
We typically require 3-4 weeks to produce larger quantity cover orders. We are often able to expedite orders upon request for an additional $100 fee. (We charge the expedite fee as we have to change our prodution schedule, sometimes order materials in last minute, and adjust staff hours to accomodate last minute but if we can do it, we’ll do it! Please contact us for an estimate and lead time!
How quickly will someone get back to me with a price quote?
Once we receive all dimensions, line drawings, photos, and company information required to provide an accurate estimate, we will send an estimate asap – typically same day. Call us if you need an answer quicker we are here to help! (As long as it’s during standard business hours and we have staff here!) 🙂
Do you offer different fabric options and colors?
We offer light-weight 210D nylon fabric, and heavy-weight 500D Polyester fabric, for indoor applications. The indoor fabrics are treated to be fire retardant and meet CPAI-84 and NFPA-701 fire codes. Our 210D Nylon indoor fabric is available in Black, White, or Charcoal Grey, and our 500D Polyester fabric is available in White or Black. Additional colors can be specially ordered but may increase lead times and cost. Contact us for more information!
Our most highly recommended outdoor fabric is called Speclok, a 600D Vinyl coated polyester fabric available in Grey, Black, or Tan. Speclok is treated to be water resistant, as well as UV/mildew/mold resistant. We also offer a heavy-weight outdoor fabric called Starfire®, a 15 oz. Poly-Cotton fabric that is UV/mildew/mold resistant, water resistant, and fire retardant. Starfire is available in Black or Pearl Grey.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners), checks, and money orders (all funds in USD).
Please note that Equip does not charge sales tax on out of state orders. Sales tax will be charged on in-state orders (Colorado billing addresses).
Can we have our logo printed on the cover?
Logo or graphic silk-screening, and full-panel printing is available for an additional fee. We need the following information to procure a printing estimate:
1. Your preference of fabric type and color for your cover.
2. Your size requirements for the print.
3. The number of prints required.
4. The number of colors in the print.
5. Vector based artwork, preferrably an EPS file, showing your logo or graphic as you want it printed. Adobe Illustrator files work great!
Do you work with customers out of state? What about out of the country?
We work with customers nationwide and internationally. We can ship covers anywhere in the world, and typically utilize UPS and USPS as our preferred shipping providers. Our most common shipping destinations are the US, Canada and Australia.
Does your fabric meet required fire safety codes?
Our fabric meets CPAI-84 and NFPA-701 fire codes. Full documentation and testing certificates are available upon request.
Do you offer any discounts for quantity orders? Any special promos?
We offer a 5% discount for orders of 5+ covers and a 10% discount for orders of 10+ covers. Additional discounts are available for larger orders. Please contact us, or request an estimate, for more information.

Do you offer custom covers, or just standard sizes?
We have a selection of standard sized fitness equipment covers in stock that can be purchased on our website. The rest of our covers are custom manufactured based on the dimensions and specifications you provide in order to perfectly meet your needs!
What are the care instructions for Equip, Inc. covers?
Spot clean covers with a damp cloth, or machine wash COLD. Use the gentle cycle ONLY. Line Dry ONLY.
DO NOT USE HEAT OR IRON.
Equip Inc. does not warranty covers subjected to treatment not recommended in the care instructions. Contact Equip, Inc. with any questions or concerns.
Do your products include a warranty?
At Equip, Inc. we back our products 100% and quality is our highest priority.
All of our covers include a (1) year quality guarantee. Should the workmanship or quality of materials fail under intended handling within (1) year from receipt of order, Equip will repair and return the product to the customer at no cost. If the product falls under warranty, Equip will cover ground shipping to and from the customer.
Materials covered under warranty include fabric, zippers, grommets and cables. The warranty only extends to materials subjected to intended care and handling. Please reference the Care Instructions Label located on the inside top of your cover by the zipper, or contact Equip for detailed instructions. Please note that any fabrics subjected to conditions outside of intended environmental conditions are not covered under warranty.

Does Equip offer cover repairs?
Equip’s quality guarantee also includes half-off repairs on our covers for (1) year. This includes normal wear and tear caused to the fabric, cable assemblies and/or zippers. NOTE: Shipping expenses are not included and must be covered by the customer.

What is your return policy?
**We are unable to accept returns on custom covers since all of our covers are made to order.
Standard sized fitness covers may be returned within 2 weeks in “like new” condition (customer pays for return shipping).
**Bar stools and retail seating is made to order (stain/size/kick plate) and cannot be returned.
