Quoting & Lead time

  • Once we receive all required dimensions, line drawings, photos, and project details, our team typically turns around estimates in 1-2 business days.

  • Our standard lead time is 2–3 weeks for custom fabric covers. Larger quantity orders may take longer to fulfill based on production schedule.  Let us know your timeline and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Expedited options are often available upon request.

Care instructions

    • Spot clean covers with a damp cloth, or machine wash COLD.

    • Use the gentle cycle ONLY.

    • Line dry ONLY.

    • DO NOT use heat or iron.

    Please note: Covers are not covered under warranty if they are treated outside these recommendations.

Payment Types

  • We accept checks (USD only) and ACH transactions with no fee. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) credit card transactions incur a 2% transaction fee. Sales tax is charged on orders shipping to Colorado.

Warranty & repairs

  • We back our products 100%. All covers include a 1-year quality guarantee. If materials or workmanship fail under intended use within that year, we’ll repair and return the cover at no cost, including ground shipping.

    Note: Covers must be used and cared for as intended. Environmental damage outside of design conditions is not covered.

  • Yes. Our quality guarantee includes half-off repairs for Equip-made covers within one year, including wear and tear to fabric, zippers, or cables (customer pays shipping). After one year, we offer repair services at standard pricing.

    • 500D FR Polyester (indoor use) – Black or White

    • SunMaster 600D Polyester (outdoor use) – Water, UV, mold, and mildew-resistant; Grey, Black, or Tan

    • Mil- Spec and Berry compliant options available

    • Other options – Foam-lined 600D, mesh, vinyl-coated poly, ballistic 1680, let us know your requirements

  • Our covers are made to the dimensions provided, custom covers are not returnable.

Logo imprinting

  • We offer silk-screening and full-panel printing for logos and graphics. To provide a printing estimate, we’ll need:

    1. Print size 

    2. Number of colors in the print

    3. Vector-based artwork (EPS or Illustrator file)

Customization and design

  • In order to generate a no-obligation free quote, we need the following information:

    • Equipment dimensions (LengthxWidthxHeight)

    • Photos or line drawings of the equipment to be covered

    • Application of the cover (protection, storage, branding, tamper-resistance)

    • Equipment environment (indoor or outdoor)

  • Custom covers are made the exact specifications of the equipment they will cover, so Equip will need accurate dimensions to move forward with a quote. To measure accurately, grab a tape measure and measure the longest, widest, and highest points of the equipment. These will be your length, width, and height. To submit measurements and request a quote, format them as LengthxWidthxHeight in inches.

  • Yes, Equip’s covers are fully customizable, and can accommodate openings and other features of the equipment itself. Whether you need zippers, flaps, or accessible openings, Equip can craft a cover that’s made to your exact specifications.
